What is the target age group?

The app is for ages 4-12. Parental approval and creation of a parent account are also required.
Is it not available once I turn 13?

You will be asked to withdraw from the app when you reach 13 years of age or older.

Tap "Forgot Password" and follow the password re-issue procedure from the email sent to you.
I would like to change my account restrictions

If you are currently logged in with a child account, switch to the parent account and go to "My Page" to change the account restriction settings.
How do I switch to the parent account?

You can switch from a child account to a parent account in one of the following ways.
1) Log out once and then log in again.
2) Tap "Switch to parent account and allow post," and enter the password.
3) Tap ”View restricted content" in "My Page," then tap "Switch to parent account and edit restriction settings," and enter the password.
How do I log out?

The "Logout" button is located at the bottom of the "Settings" tab in "My Page."
How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account by logging in with your parent account and clicking "Other Procedures" in the "Settings" tab of "My Page."
How do I create a community?

Once you have accumulated a certain number of 4kiz Points, you can create a community and become a community leader.
How do I earn 4kiz Points?

You can earn 4kiz Points by uploading posts in the 4kiz app and receiving comments and likes.
Why can't a community be used until there are at least 3 members?

If there are 2 community members, it is the same as a one-to-one direct message. Because of the various problems that have occurred with direct messages on other social networking sites, 4kiz allow posting and interaction only when there are at least 3 members.
I don't know how to delete a post.

In the list of posts on "My Page," tap "Edit."
The posts with an "OK!" on the right are the ones that have been published, so you can delete it from there.
What should I do if I receive harassing comments?

If you find any harassing comments, please report them using the report feature. Our office will check the contents.
Can I post a video longer than 60 seconds?

The length of the video you can post is from 5 to 60 seconds.
Is the app not available on my computer?

At this time, the iOS version is only available for Macs with Apple silicon CPUs. It is not available on other computer devices.
I don't know how to register a parent account on a different device than the child.

Once you have downloaded the 4kiz app on the parent's smartphone or tablet and logged in with a registered account, you can log in with the parent account.
In an invitation-only community, is the chat visible only to the group? Will other users be able to see it?

For invitation-only communities, chats will be open only to community members and closed to other users.
Can I post videos edited with other apps onto 4kiz?

Yes, you can post a video file by tapping the "+" button on the 4kiz app. After tapping the "+" button, you can post the video file you created by loading it from the folder.
